A real pond laps at the outside of the building, and the calls of live owls and otters mix with the splashing cascade of a trout-filled indoor stream.
The Adirondack Museum
The Adirondack Museum believes in the power of history to ignite the imagination, stimulate thought and shape the future. Their collections and engaging programs reflect stories of life, work, and play in the Adirondack Park and northern New York State. Exhibits at the Adirondack Museum explore the fine arts, work and industry, community and camp life, recreation and transportation of the Adirondack Park.
