We offer a wide range of 154 well maintained rooms. Including Surfside’s newest 26 Lakefront Rooms/Suites with Private Balconies and patios all boasting fantastic lake and mountain views. 21 of these Suites have 2 bedrooms with (3 Queen Beds) all suites have refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers and toasters, Five Deluxe Lakefront Suites have a Jacuzzi Bath Tub and both bedrooms having lakefront views.

Or choose from our Lakeview Suites each with a private balcony overlooking the pool, lawn, and the lake boasting great views too. Our Lakeview Suites, Master Suites and Efficiencies, all equipped with a small kitchenette & microwave and can accommodate up to six guests. Our Lakefront and Poolside Rooms are extra large with a private patio/balcony either facing the lake or great side view of the lake.
Surfside’s Standard Rooms are just as comfortable with less than one minute walk to our pool, beach or any of the Four Lakefront Decks. North Wing Rooms with the option of two queen beds or King and South Wing, Central Wing with two double beds. All these accommodations are centrally located on the property.

Each of our accommodations feature individual climate control, color cable television with remote, direct dial telephones, private full bath and shower, refrigerators, hair dryers, recessed with the walls are professional ironing boards with quality Steam Irons, Body & Shampoo amenities, and wall-to-wall carpeting. We provide daily maid service and pool towels. Microwaves and rollaway beds are also available for a $10.00 charge per night. Cribs can be provided at no charge, just bring your own crib sheets.

All of our Room/Suite rates are based on Single or Double Occupancy.
Children 12 and under Stay Free. Each additional person 13 years of age and over will be subject to a $10.00 charge per night (Excluding Special Events).

• All 154 rooms with the exception of the newly built 26 Lakefront suites have been freshly painted where applicable including the bathrooms.
• All 20 Poolside and 6 Lakefront rooms have new lighting fixtures, new headboards and matching large center granite top nightstands.
• All 41 North Wing Rooms have New 10 foot granite tables with custom made 4 chest draws lowboys with refrigerator shelf under the table.
• Now all 154 rooms have flat screen TV’s with the exception of our 11 south wing rooms.
