Room Information
We offer a wide range of 154 well maintained rooms. Including Surfside’s newest 26 Lakefront Rooms/Suites with Private Balconies and patios all boosting fantastic lake and mountain views. 21 of these Suites have 2 bedrooms (Total of 3 Queen Beds), Five Deluxe Lakefront Suites with Jacuzzi Bath Tub and both rooms having lakefront views.
Also choose from our Lakeview Suites each with a private balcony overlooking the pool, lawn, and the lake boasting great views too. Our Lakeview Suites, Master Suites and Efficiencies, all equipped with a small kitchenette & microwave and can accommodate up to six guests. Our Lakefront and Poolside Rooms are extra large with a private patio/ balcony either facing the lake or great side view of the lake.

 New changes for 2012! New carpet has been installed in our North Wing, Poolside Rooms, Lakefront and Efficiency Rooms.
Our Surfside sign has been painstakingly taken apart to be refurbished to welcome you to Lake George Village and to the Surfside. New Chaise Lounge Chairs will be all around the pool deck and our 233’ Beach and the 3100 sq ft Lakefront Rooftop Terrace has plenty of new Adirondack Chairs to relax in. We have been continuously working hard with other area restaurant/attractions to improve on our Valued Packed Packages, by adding a new restaurant, now giving our guests a choice of 8 great local restaurants to choose from and by adding new attractions to bring new excitement and more of the Adirondack’s for you and your family to discover. Our Fall 2 & 3 Night Getaway Packages are growing with more options to choose from than ever before. Though going not as fast as we hope, we are trying to get our New Cabana Bar up and going on our Lakefront Rooftop Terrace for the 2012 Season.
Our Standard rooms with the option of two queen beds or double beds South Wing, Central Wing, and North Wing accommodations are centrally located on the property; only seconds walk to our outdoor heated pool and private lakefront beach. Each of our accommodations feature individual climate control, color cable television with remote, direct dial telephones, private full bath and shower, Refrigerators, Hair Dryers, Recessed with the walls are professional Ironing Boards with quality Steam Irons, Body & Shampoo amenities, and wall-to-wall carpeting. We provide daily maid service and pool towels. Microwaves and rollaway beds are also available for a $10.00 charge per night. Cribs can be provided at no charge, just bring your own crib sheets.
All of our room/suite rates are based on Single or Double Occupancy.
Children 12 and under Stay Free. Each additional person 13 years of age and over will be subject to a $10.00 charge per night.

• Rollaways and microwaves are available for
an additional $10.00 per night.
• We recommend making reservations prior to your arrival.
Guaranteed reservations require a deposit of one night's lodging.
The deposit is credited against the final night of the reservation
dates.
• Reservations are commitments for the full period requested.
As we must honor your reservation, we also require that our
guests honor their commitment.
• Advance deposits may be paid by check, money order, Visa/MasterCard,
or Discover.
• CANCELLATION: The deposit is refunded only if the reservation is cancelled 10 nights prior to the date of arrival in writing or by phone with a cancellation fee of $25 per room. When a reservation is made or cancelled within the 10 days prior to arrival deposit is forfeited. All reservation arrival date changes prior to 10 days of arrival, change order fee of $25.00 is applicable. Refunds are not given for early departure, or for unused portion of your stay under any circumstances, including weather. Special Events, including all packages, require 21 days prior to arrival. Elvis Packages have no refunds.
• While every effort is made to accommodate guests for a specific
room and to request
for rooms next to each other, it is not always
possible. Therefore, guarantees are not
given for those requests.
• Summer weekends are subject to a 3 night minimum.
